About this policy
So what's not acceptable use?
4. It's NOT OKAY to use any S7SoftwareHub
Site or Content, or to upload, submit, post, build, create, host or
otherwise make available any Content that contains, provides access to (e.g.
through links to third party websites) or promotes any of the following Content
or activities:
a. Adult content: sexually explicit or
pornographic material, or activity linked to adult services.
b. Exploitation of children: harmful or exploitative material
involving minors.
c. Hate speech & discrimination: supporting or condoning
violence or bias based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age,
nationality, sexual orientation, or identity.
d. Incitement of violence: threatening or encouraging harm against
others.
e. Harassment: bullying or threatening behavior.
f. Defamation: false comments that damage a person’s reputation.
g. Third-party rights violations: including copyright, intellectual
property, and privacy breaches.
h. Offensive content: shocking or offensive material.
i. Fraud or deception: false or misleading information.
j. Illegal goods/services: weapons, gambling, or other
regulated/illegal activities.
k. Illegal activities: content that breaks the law.
l. Harmful content: pirated software, malware, hacking tools, or
anything designed to damage systems or data.
m. AI training: using S7SoftwareHub Sites or Content to
train or develop AI models or machine learning without authorization.
5. We reserve the right to take action under this
policy if we see Content that is inconsistent with the spirit of this policy,
even if not expressly listed above.
Community participation
6. S7SoftwareHub is built on community
values, and some behaviors are not allowed. It’s NOT OKAY to:
a. Attempt to gain unauthorized access
to Content or systems.
b. Contact members privately to bypass S7SoftwareHub
Sites.
c. Enter into inconsistent or
conflicting agreements outside S7SoftwareHub Sites.
d. Use S7SoftwareHub Sites in
misleading ways (e.g. cloning the site).
e. Use devices, programs, or scraping
tools to copy our services.
f. Disrupt or interfere with S7SoftwareHub
Sites in any way.
Investigation and reporting
7. We use automated tools and human moderation to
identify and act on violations of this policy.
8. Our moderation team investigates flagged Content
and reports. Users must cooperate with us in resolving violations.
9. Users can report illegal Content via our “Report
Abuse” form or by emailing report.abuse@s7softwarehub.com. We prioritize
reports from authorities and “trusted flaggers” as required by law.
Enforcement and appeals
10. We determine violations of this policy at our
sole discretion, considering:
11. If you breach this policy, we may, without
notice:
a. Request removal or disable Content,
b. Delete or restrict Content
visibility,
c. Suspend or terminate your account,
d. Stop providing services,
e. Report serious cases (e.g. child
abuse or illegal activity) to authorities,
f. Take any combination of the above.
12. Suspension or termination may result in loss of
Content, licenses, or memberships.
13. We respond to copyright infringement notices
under the DMCA.
14. EU users may appeal moderation decisions within
180 days via our website or Helpdesk.
15. If unsatisfied with appeals, users may pursue
out-of-court settlements or legal proceedings under the Digital Services Act
(DSA).
